I couldn't find my pictures of this, but I do have the install instructions for the bushings I put on it. Basically I cut the sifter shaft, and put a new shifter handle on it. I also had Toyota replace the shifter cables with the newer ones (due to a TSB & the original ones started fraying), and it's all helped to improve the shifting quite a bit.
