NOT ACTUAL MILEAGE TITLE ISSUED

I bought the Truck on Memorial day weekend in 2003 from a Dealer in Murry, Utah. It read 113k miles on the odometer, and looked as it does in the picture below. I also double checked with the DMV about the Title issue, and they said they had no record of any such title having ever been issued.
