First you need to remove the knobs from the Heater/AC controles so you can pop off the face plat. I use a flat head screw driver to help me pry it off. the hardest part is if you have the A/C button, it's pluged in, and requires a bit of a yank to get it unpluged (be careful to not snap the face plat in half).

With the Face plat removed, you can now access two screws that hold the molding in place (locations inidcated by red arrows in picture below. Once these screws are removed, you need to carfully pull the modling off.

With the molding removed, you now have access to the four screws holding the sterio in place. Once you remove these screws you should be able to pull the sterio out far enough to unplug it from it's wiring harness, and antana. At that point you should be able to remove it from the vehicle.

Here's a picture of the sterio removed (in the picture I had also removed the stock pocket from the brakets - each braket had a screw and two tabs to hold the pocket in place).

I replaced the stock sterio with one that had the proper attachments to screw the stock brackets back on for easy installation. I also modified the bracket a little so I could install a CB radio indash below the sterio. I also have a list of wire colors here.
